- Waitlist sign-up: Your name and WhatsApp phone number.
- Hosted menu pages: When you publish a menu through our menu generator, your kitchen name, cuisine type, location, menu items, and logo (if provided) are stored on our servers.
- Tool usage: Our free tools (menu generator, social templates, startup guide) do not require sign-up and do not collect personal data. All content you create stays in your browser unless you choose to publish it.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit jareb.ae, we automatically collect certain information through:
- Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity may collect device and browser information, mouse movements, clicks, and scroll activity. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally. Data Storage
Waitlist data (name and phone number) is stored in Google Sheets, hosted by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Hosted menu data is stored in Cloudflare KV, a globally distributed key-value store managed by Cloudflare.
Data Retention
We retain waitlist data until our platform launches or until you request deletion. Hosted menu pages remain published until deleted by their owner or removed due to a Terms of Service violation.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers listed above (Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare, Google) as necessary to operate our website.
Your Rights
In accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
