Services

Jareb provides free online tools for home kitchen business owners in the UAE, including a menu generator, social media templates, and a startup guide. We also offer a waitlist for upcoming WhatsApp-based order management tools.

Free Tools

Our free tools (menu generator, social templates, startup guide) are provided as-is for your personal and commercial use. Content you create using these tools belongs to you. We make no guarantees about the continued availability of these tools.

Hosted Menu Pages

When you publish a menu through our menu generator, it is hosted on jareb.ae free of charge. You are solely responsible for the content of your menu, including the accuracy of prices, items, and contact information.

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported by other users.
• Jareb is not responsible for any content published by users on hosted menu pages.
• Hosting is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp when our platform launches. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at hello@jareb.ae.

Startup Guide Disclaimer

The information in our startup guide is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information. Government regulations, fees, and processes may change. Always verify current requirements with the relevant UAE authorities before making business decisions.

Platform Disclaimer

Jareb is a technology platform. We are not a food producer, caterer, or restaurant. We do not prepare, handle, or deliver food. When our platform launches, participating kitchens are solely responsible for food safety, hygiene, licensing compliance, and the quality of their products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Jareb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

The Jareb name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Content you create using our tools belongs to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website, tools, or branding without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
